Privacy and disclosures
What this site collects, and what it shows.
Written to be read rather than skimmed past. If anything here is unclear, email us.

The dashboards on this site are illustrations
Every screen, chart, pipeline board and number shown on this website was designed by us to show the shape of what we build. They are not screenshots of any client's system, they contain no real patient records, and the names and figures in them are invented.
Nothing on this site is a case study, and no result shown is a promise of a result you will get. Where a section describes what a build does, it describes the work, not an outcome.
The cost calculator runs entirely in your browser using the numbers you type. Those numbers are never sent to us or to anyone else.
What gets measured while you read this
This site has no accounts, no logins and no forms. We do not ask you for anything. It does carry the following third-party tools, which start when the page loads and use cookies or similar browser storage:
- PostHog, product analytics: pages viewed, links and buttons clicked, device and browser, and an approximate location derived from your IP address
- FullStory, session replay: a recording of how you moved through the pages, so we can see where the site confuses people
- Meta Pixel, advertising measurement, which may be used to show you ads on Meta platforms
- Google Ads tag, advertising measurement, which may be used to show you ads across Google properties
We use this to understand which parts of the site are read and which are ignored. We do not sell it, and we do not try to work out who you are from it.
You can stop most of it. Browser settings can block cookies and scripts, and browser extensions that block trackers will block these. You can also control ad personalisation directly at Google My Ad Center and in your Meta ad preferences. Blocking any of it does not change what you can read here.
If you book a call
The booking button hands you to Calendly, which is a separate company with its own terms. Calendly asks for your name, your email address and anything else you choose to type, and it works out your time zone. It uses that to create the meeting and to send you the invitation and reminders.
The invitation is created in Google Calendar and includes a Google Meet link. We keep what you tell us on the call and in the booking, so that we can follow up. Nothing more.
Their handling of your data is covered by Calendly's privacy notice and Google's privacy policy.
Do not send us patient information
This website, our email and the booking form are not appropriate places for protected health information. Please do not send patient names, records, charts, images or any clinical detail through them.
When we work together on an engagement, handling of that information is governed by the agreement we sign, not by this page. We design builds to keep clinical detail out of marketing tools, and we put a business associate agreement in place where the platform supports one before anything goes live.
Asking what we hold, or having it deleted
email us and ask. Tell us roughly when you visited or booked and we will find it. We will tell you what we have and delete it if you want it gone, including asking our analytics providers to remove it.
We are based in Toronto, Ontario, and we work with groups across Canada and the United States. The tools above store data outside Canada, mostly in the United States.
Other companies named on this site
GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, Dentrix, Open Dental, Eaglesoft, Twilio, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Zapier and any other product named on this site are trademarks of their respective owners. We name them because we build on them, configure them or move data between them. That is all it means. None of them sponsor, endorse or are affiliated with Ollo Labs.
Changes
If we add a tool to this site or change what we collect, we will change this page and move the date at the top. There is no archive of previous versions, so if that matters to you, save a copy.
Ollo Labs, Toronto, Ontario. Questions about any of the above go to email us.
